I joined Unum in June 2019 as the vice president of global head talent acquisition before my promotion to senior VP of global talent and inclusion in 2022. In this role, my team of 180 employees and I are responsible for the global vision and execution of the talent management and inclusion and diversity strategies for the company.

With over 22 years of experience in the human resources space, I have been responsible for all facets of HR, including talent acquisition and management, employee relations, inclusion and diversity, compensation, mergers and acquisitions, and learning and development. Additionally, my career has spanned multiple industries, including retail, healthcare, third party staffing, outsourcing, and financial services. In addition to roles in human resources, I have held positions in sales and operations.

I earned my bachelor’s degree in business administration from Indiana Wesleyan University, in Marion, Indiana, and will soon receive my master’s degree in organization leadership from the same university.

I live in Chattanooga, Tennessee, with my husband and three children. I am proud to serve as secretary of the board for Chambliss Center for Children, as well as vice president of the board for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Chattanooga. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, traveling, and spending quality time with family and friends.
