Abby has worked in the insurance industry for ten years in several communications roles. She currently works as a corporate communications director at Unum, providing creative communication services across the company. A passionate learner, she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication and Journalism from the University of Maine and is currently pursuing her Masters degree in Strategic Communications Management from Concordia University.

Abby enjoys the fast-paced and complex nature of the insurance industry and educating others through various communications strategies. When not at work, she enjoys spending her free time with her husband and daughter, wandering Maine’s coasts collecting sea glass, and in the kitchen cooking up new dishes.
